LETTER OF AGREEMENT SPECIALIZED WORKLOAD ASSIGNMENT WCSU - University Senate For the life of the August 20, 1993 Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Connecticut State University American Association of University Professors and the Board of Trustees for the Connecticut State University, the parties agree that pursuant to Article 10.4 of said agreement, the following instructional activities shall receive the load credit indicated. 1. The President of the Senate shall receive four ( 4) load credits each academic year the member is President. These may be applied to a single semester or divided between semesters at the discretion of the Senate President after consultation with his/her department chairperson and school dean. 2. If the workload of the Senate is significantly increased, the University President may, after an investigation, assign additional load credits and support staff, if necessary, to the Senate for a specific period of time. 3. Clerical assistance for Senate business shall be arranged through the office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs.
