Rachel Kopta (2003)

Rachel Kopta is an artist and educator living in New York.  She actively practices painting, and recently contributed work to a group show at the AC-BAW gallery in Mount Vernon which will be on display through the end of November 2007.  The series she is currently working
on is entitled "Riparian."  Rachel works as an art consultant in Manhattan, teaching literacy through the arts to kindergarteners in a public school.  She will be teaching undergraduates as an adjunct
professor for CUNY as well during 2008.

This piece was used to demonstrate color and textures to Rachel's students.
