Phyllis Boger (MFA 2002)

Phyllis Boger was one of the first graduates of the MFA program in painting and continues to show her work.  During the summer of 2002, Phyllis studied at a workshop led by M.F.A. board member Hugh O’Donnell

She received her undergraduate degree from Barat College in Lake Forest, Illinois and also went to the School of Art Institute in Chicago. 

Phyllis designed one of the cows for the streets of New York City and her watercolor won an honorable mention at the Art Society of Old Greenwich in 2002.

8/23/03 - show at White Silo Gallery in Sherman, CT

Her new batik painting work is done with wax on silk.

Phyllis does a Batik workshop for SCAN.
