New Students
Please call Disability Services to schedule an In-Take Meeting to learn about the services and accommodations available at WCSU. In order to be eligible for Disability Services, you must provide appropriate documentation indicating the presence of a disability that substantially limits 1 or more major life activity, including seeing, hearing, talking, breathing, walking, learning, use of hands and caring for oneself. When To Schedule Your In-Take Meeting
If you are requesting services such as interpreter, captioning, book scanning, text in alternate format, assistive technology or transportation, please schedule your In-Take Meeting at least 6 weeks before the semester begins. For all other accommodations, please schedule your In-Take meeting at least 2 weeks before the semester begins.

Documentation of your disability
Print-out of your up-coming class schedule
IEP (if you had one)
Disability Services In-Take form
FERPA form
Medical emergency information (if relevant)
