Housing Deposits

If you are interested in living on campus for the Spring 2009 semester, you will need to pay a non-refundable $250.00 housing deposit.

Housing deposits for the Spring semester are due by October 30,2008. Paying your deposit by October 30 will confirm your assignment in your current room for the next semester. You will receive confirmation of your reservation during the first week of November. If your housing deposit is not paid by 4pm on October 30, your current room assignment will be forfeited and you will lose your right to retain your room for the Spring semester.

Please be aware that the housing deposit is not covered by any payment plan you are involved in or by your financial aid package. Additionally, if you have an outstanding balance due, your deposit will be applied toward that balance, not toward your housing deposit. If you have an outstanding balance, please make sure that you are paid in full so that your deposit will be appropriately credited as a deposit.

Housing deposit payments must be made via the on-line EZPay process starting on October 6, 2008 using https://www.wcsu.edu/ezpay/. If you prefer to send a check to Cashier’s, you may do so using the cut-off on the deposit letters sent to your on-campus room, or to your home address.
