Architect
Part-time University Assistant
WCSU is seeking an architect to work 19 hours per week in Facilities Planning & Engineering. This individual will assist with specific projects including designing and developing bid documents and construction drawings, developing cost estimates, and providing technical assistance during the construction phase.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, master’s preferred. Architect license is required. Demonstrated knowledge of basic project management and a proven record of maintaining client requirements for project scope, budget and schedule are required as is knowledge of the construction process, methods, building materials and building systems.
